Refund policy

While it is a rare occurrence, there is always a slight possibility that packages can get lost. If your order does not arrive within the designated estimated time frame (see shipping policy) Pirates Lounge will gladly send a refund and, if applicable, replacements on the house at our discretion. This means that the Pirates Lounge withholds the right to not send replacements to anyone in particular who communicates in a disrespectful, demanding or threatening way.
